2. Who Can Use the App?
- You must be strictly 18 years of age or older. Users under 18 are not permitted on the platform.
- You must be a student (or alumni) associated with a registered college or University in India.
- You must have the student mail id provided by your institution.
3. How to Behave (The "Don't Be a Jerk" Rule)
JUPU Dating is a safe space for students. You agree NOT to:
- Harass, bully, or send unsolicited inappropriate content to matches.
- Create a fake profile (catfishing) or pretend to be someone else.
- Use the app to sell things, spam users, or run scams.
If you break these rules, your account will be permanently banned. Users are encouraged to report bad behaviour directly in the app.
4. Premium Subscriptions
We offer JUPU Premium to unlock features like Direct Messages and Ad-Free swiping.
- Payments are handled securely via third-party processors.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel them. You can manage your subscription at any time.
- Refunds: Because digital upgrades are applied instantly, purchases are non-refundable unless required by law.
- Please note that premium features are currently undergoing final testing. Real-money transactions and official subscriptions will not be available until a future app update.
5. Your Content
You own the photos and text you upload, but by putting them on JUPU Dating, you give us permission to display them on the app to other users. Do not upload photos you do not have the right to use.
6. Termination
You can delete your account at any time. We also reserve the right to suspend or permanently delete your account at any time if you violate these terms or make the community unsafe.
7. Liability
This app is provided "as is." While every effort is made to keep it bug-free and safe, the developer is not legally responsible for the app going offline, data loss, or the real-world actions of other users you meet on the app. Always meet your matches in public spaces and be smart about your personal safety!
8. Zero Tolerance Policy
We have a zero-tolerance policy for illegal content, specifically Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM). Any user found sharing or promoting such content will be reported to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant Indian authorities.
